Suggestions For Use: You may add to water, tea, or apply orally. Start with 1 dropper to test your tolerance. Wait 2 hours before any additional dosing. This elixir contains caffeine and everybody reacts to caffeine differently. It is generally recommended to use around 3 droppers whenever you want a boost of energy and/or focus, and gauge your personal dosing from there. Do not exceed 4-5 droppers per serving or 12-15 droppers per day.

For Performance: Use desired dosage 10-30 minutes pre-workout, during study or examination, or any activity you want a boost for.  This elixir can be a great energy enhancement. Chiron helps to boost serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine.

For Fat loss: 3 droppers can be taken up to 3 times per day, with a grapefruit, for fat loss on a low carb diet. 
 

Two Ways Caffeine Works For Energy:  

Caffeine’s ability to block adenosine boosts energy levels in two ways. Adenosine can’t interact with its receptors, which delays tiredness. It also boosts dopamine levels, which helps increase energy levels while diminishing fatigue.


WARNING: This product contains caffeine. Caffeine can be dangerous if not used properly. Do not exceed 200 milligrams of caffeine (4-5 droppers) in a single serving, or 600 milligrams (12-15 droppers) in a day. Caffeine consumption can cause insomnia and difficulty sleeping if used improperly or too close to bedtime. Do not take if you have a history of heart disease, or if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult your physician before taking this product.
