SUGGESTED USE:

For fat burning: Brew as you would with normal coffee, then blend it with some ghee, MCT oil, three droppers full of Now Alchemy Ormus and collagen. Drink every morning on an empty stomach and do not eat until 5pm. This is a form of intermittent fasting. 

For focus: Add three droppers full of Now Alchemy Ormus and a table spoon of raw honey and stir. Drink every morning on an empty stomach and do not eat for 3 hours. When you begin to eat, stay away from starches, processed sugars, pasteurized dairy, and anything made with flower or gluten. 

Pre-workout: Brew as you would with normal coffee, then blend your Chiron Coffee with flavorless branch chain amino acids, a table spoon of butter, and three droppers full of Now Alchemy Shilajit. Drink half before your workout and sip on the rest during your workout.

GRINDING TIPS:

Hand grind: You can boil an entire bag of Chiron Coffee beans at once into a gallon of water and place it aside in the refrigerator to use as needed. Or, at home you can grind Chiron coffee using a hand grinder or a coffee grinder, and then finish in your blender (preferably a Vitamix or Blendtec). It works best to grind in a coffee grinder before finishing in your blender. Green coffee beans are harder to grind than roasted beans as the beans themselves contain moisture, and the extra nutrients makes them denser. It's most convenient to grind an entire bag of Chiron Coffee at once and then fill the bag again to be ready for use instead of grinding it each time you use it.
